From Risk to Resource

New this year is the formation of a Waste as a Resource Committee that will begin meeting in April 2021. The preliminary purpose and focus areas are outlined below and will be determined by the committee in the initial meetings.

 

COMMITTEE PURPOSE

The Waste as a Resource Committee examines issues and opportunities for exchanging and developing ideas, information, knowledge, and technologies around ways to reduce and reuse material waste produced in the community.

  • Solid Waste
  • Recycling
  • Circular Economy
  • Food Waste

Meetings take place online via Zoom on the first Thursday of the month.
